Gift wrapping and packaging
Our bubble wrap comes from a partnership we formed with a local auto-body shop. They are glad to not dump it, and we are happy to give it a second life. If your product arrives in bubble wrap advertising Toyota, Ford, or some other manufacturer this is why.

Undeliverable Packages
Concrete-Project is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Please confirm your address is correct upon check out, your order will be sent to the address provided with your order. If a package is returned to Concrete-Project, the buyer is responsible for additional postage.
Refund Amounts
Accepted returns will be refunded the product cost, less the shipping cost. If shipping flat rate this cost is usually $13.65 - $18.75 depending on the product. Products marked "free shipping" still cost to send, and unfortunately this cost can not be refunded.
