ConcreteYardDecor really went the extra mile! I bought this beautiful piece as a gift and when it arrived so carefully packaged, I didn't think twice about wrapping it immediately in wrapping paper setting it aside for the birthday boy. I only found out weeks later at the unveiling that a small but highly visible piece of the dragon's nose had been crushed in transit. I reached out initially to get information about the color of stain and any sealer used. Instead, despite being outside the normal UPS insurance window, Steve at ConcreteYardDesign worked with UPS to get a replacement sent to me at no cost. Amazing! The statue arrived a few days ago in perfect condition. Steve couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating even though the mistake was mine. Thanks!
