If you have chosen the standard (economical) delivery method, no tracking number has been issued for your order, thus making it impossible for me to know when your parcel will be delivered.

The mistake is human and Canada Post is not foolproof ... Your order may have been sent to the wrong sorting center or, in rare cases, lost.

However, do not worry! If, after a delay of thirty (30) days from the date of sending, you still have not received your order, let me know quickly so that we can make an arrangement that suits you! :)

In order to avoid shipping rates being added to your order, simply use the promo code "PICKUP". Then contact me to make an arrangement as to the day and time you will come pick up your order.

IMPORTANT: You must contact me within 48 hours after your order was placed to make an agreement about the pickup time, otherwise your order will be canceled and a refund will be issued.

The organic fabrics used to make some of our (specially identified) products are manufactured without synthetic or harmful chemicals and are printed with low impact dyes. Low impact dyes are recyclable, reusable and use less water resources, making them safer for workers and their local communities.

Organic cotton contains no GMOs and is grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides while using 2 times less water than for conventional cotton. It is therefore both respectful of the environment and your health!

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, select the "other" payment method when placing your order. The transfer must then be made to the email address confectionsmebb@gmail.com with password "MEBB" within 24 hours of your purchase, otherwise your order will be canceled without notice.
