Welcome to the Weekend Paper shop! Please find our shop policies below - during the holiday season and wedding season, the shop tends to get a high number of orders - so please, if you need a rush order, or need your order during these peak seasons, convo or e-mail us first to see if we can meet your requested delivery date.

We do not offer refunds on personalized products.
We do not offer refunds after a proof has been furnished.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your order - please contact the shop at hello [!at] weekendpaper.com, and we can discuss a remedy or partial refund. Remedies can only be discussed within four business days of receiving the product.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required on all paper products to begin proofing.
Napkins/Koozies/Cup orders must be paid in full up front.
Payments are due in full before we can print your order.

On occasion we have taken a mailed personal check - please convo before planning on making a payment this way. If a personal check or money order is accepted as payment, it must CLEAR before an order can be started.

If you are not a Virginia resident, you are responsible for paying sales tax in your county/state.

Proofs are delivered via e-mail within three business days of CLEARED payment, or within three to five business days of receiving the customer's information (AFTER PAYMENT).

Standard ship OUT date is two weeks FROM PROOF APPROVAL.
Shipping
Shipments are made via FedEx ground, UPS ground or USPS - depending on the item. Expedited shipping is usually available for an additional cost.

Canadian and international orders are shipped via USPS international first class or priority mail. Please allow extra transit time and delays at customs. Depending on your location, international orders may take up to a month to arrive. The buyer shall pay any applicable customs fees. Please note that tracking is not available on Canadian and international orders.

It is the policy of this shop and of Etsy to send packages to the "shipping address" provided through the purchase of an Etsy listing. If you need your order shipped to an alternate address, or need to request a signature, please make this explicit IN THE NOTE TO SELLER AREA when purchasing.

RUSH orders must be discussed BEFORE placing an order - at certain times during the year, we may not be able to accommodate them. On occasion, we may be able to expedite shipping - but please ASK FIRST.

Family is very important to us! We are open Monday - Thursday 9am to 4pm EST, + Friday 9am to 12pm EST, although we DO try to respond to any pricing inquiries, rush order inquiries, and general e-mails. All proofs and changes are handled during regular business hours - thank you in advance for your understanding.




***Buyers agree that each order may be used in the artist's portfolio, advertisements, or featured on blogs such as Style Me Pretty, etc. - when necessary, private information will of course be "smudged" - if you expressly DO NOT want your invitation used in the artist's portfolio, advertisements or featured in any blogs, please mention so in the "note to seller" area of your purchase***

Initial proofs are promised within three to five business days of purchase/receipt of customer information. We ask that all information sent be as complete as possible and free of errors - the proofing process is first and foremost meant for critiquing design, not for correcting typographical errors made by the customer. We understand that mistakes do happen, and ask that you respect the large number of orders in the shop - therefore subsequent proofs will follow no later than three business days from your critique. If the proofing process becomes largely drawn out - a rush charge may apply to meet your expected delivery date.

Colors display differently on every computer screen, in order to guarantee color matching, please provide a PMS/Pantone number.

All copy & art submitted by the customer will be accepted by Confetti Grey, LLC as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, patent, copyright, right of privacy, or similar protection. Confetti Grey, LLC will be held harmless from all claims and cost arising from these issues.

Please note, we independently print everything from color to color, so on two-color napkin orders, things can shift 1/16”-1/8” in any direction.
