Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
I accept returns or exchanges on a case by case basis, and once the customer has contacted me within 7 days of receiving the delivery. Exchanges or returns only occur if the former item is sent back to me, at the expense of the customer, within 14 days of the original delivery date.
Payment
I accept Paypal, all major credit cards, and money order.

Applicable sales tax is added to Tennessee residents.
Shipping
Domestic:

All packages are shipped within 3-5 business days upon received payment, unless otherwise noted (such as with commissioned work)
All packages are shipped via USPS First Class, sealed from water damage and shipped in a protective envelope. Please allow a minimum of 4-7 days for delivery.

***If you would like your package to have tracking, insurance, expedited shipping, etc, then please message me about this BEFORE you make your purchase. I can then message you with how much extra I will charge, and I will add that to the listing that you would then be able to purchase.

International

All packages are shipped within 3-5 business days upon payment unless otherwised noted.

All packages are shipped USPS First Class International & sealed from water damage. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. All international customers are responsible for their own country's respective customs, taxes, duties and/or VAT fees.

All packages are shipped using your Etsy address unless otherwise advised.
