Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
DETAILS OF RETURNS AND CHANGES!

RETURNS / CHANGES: If you are not satisfied with your item, contact me and we will gladly exchange it, or return non-personalized items. For the exchanges, you will pay for the sending of his part, and I will pay for mine. For returns, I will refund your total cost minus shipping as soon as I receive your item. You must keep your tracking number when you mail your item, so we know if it is missing in the mail.

REPAIRS: Repair of Bracelets, Ankle Bracelets, Necklaces, and Earrings, broken or resized, etc. They are available for a materials fee + shipping cost. Payment is due at the time of purchase via the above methods. NY state residents will have 8.875% sales tax added to their orders automatically at check out.

Shipping
DOMESTIC (USA)

Shipping is provided by USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and insurance... I try to keep shipping costs low and first quality for my customers!

TRACKING: All products are in stock and ready for shipping unless otherwise noted in item description. I will ship most items usually within 1-5 days for the USA, depending on the size of your order, you want to personalize your jewel or unless it is noted in the description or on my homepage (vacation, order delays etc). Shipments are made from Monday - to Friday unless it is Priority mail (See upgrade)

UPGRADES: I also offer Priority Mail, which will ship within the item's listed shipping window unless we have made other arrangements.

PICK-UP: I do not have a public studio for picking up items in person.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I am happy to make international shipments through the USPS first class service, just keep in mind the following details:
- Tracking is not always available once it reaches your country.
- Usually, international shipments take between 4 or 6 weeks, sometimes less, after that time I can make a claim to your insurance and replace your order. It will not normally take that long, but sometimes things are held at customs for no discernible reason.
- Pay, any taxes/duties charged in your country. (See Fees).

FEES AND VAT: International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. Any customs fees, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. All items are shipped with the indication of their full retail value for customs. I will not ship merchandise as a "gift". Refunds due to unclaimed packages or items declined due to VAT charges are given once I receive your returned international order, *minus the original shipping cost*. Please understand your country's VAT before ordering.

UPGRADE: If you are in a hurry, I can ship via Priority Mail International, which takes 6-10 business days *on average*. Please send me your address for a price quote. It starts around the US $35.
Additional policies and FAQs
PACKAGING: All jewelry is shipped in a small box and velvet pouches stamped with my logo, organdy and tied with ribbon. It will also include a small note with the main help you can get from the materials with which the jewel is made.

RECEIPTS: I do not include any paper receipt when I send the package, so please keep your Etsy emails for your financial records.

ADDRESS: I print my shipping labels directly from your order on Etsy, so please, verify your address before finalizing the purchase. If you check out with the wrong address and the package is returned to me, I will send you a new shipping invoice and then re-ship.

Care instructions

In Connection Jewelry we recommend not amass your jewelry drawer as some pieces may scratch other. Like all our jewelry have high quality gemstones ideally clean with a flannel or cloth jewelry to maintain its luster.

To save them ideally place it in a black cloth and fold it to place it in a box of dry and dark wood. Avoid contact with sea water, cleaning materials and chemicals in general as their chemical components could damage them.

Do not wear jewelry put during exercise, housework, and gardening and not expose yourself to the chlorine in pools or tubs devices.
