Announcement    Hello, Glass Friends!

I wanted to let you know that Conway's Stained Glass will be taking a break from shipping physical items during the holiday season. Our shop will be closed for physical orders from December 20th through February 29th as my husband Mike and I hit the road with our motorhome for some much-needed adventure!

But don’t worry—all digital patterns will remain available for purchase and instant download during this time. You can still grab your favorite designs while we’re on the go.

Thank you for your support and understanding. We’ll be back in March, refreshed and ready to bring you even more beautiful glass!

I ship most of my orders Priority Mail, but ship items less than 1lb Ground advantage mail. unless you ask us to send it Priority Mail. Also, make sure that it is not a made to order item, if it is, check to see the time before it ships. I normally ship sooner than it state but, just check with me on it first if you are in a hurry. My stained glass windows ship via FedEx and are insured.

I am a Women Owned, Sustainable Small Business. My pressed flowers are made with recycled glass from old picture frames purchased at thrift shops. I use recycled peanuts and boxes. So, you may receive my item in a Amazon box or one of the many other boxes that come to my door. My cheese plates and jewelry are made with recycled wine and beer bottles. I'm always looking to make our world a little greener.

All of my items are personally made by me in my home studio. If you look at my feedback you will see the responses from shoppers. All items are returnable, exchangeable and as long as they are returned in the original condition refundable. It is my priority to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your selections.

I have been working with glass since 1989. I have been fusing glass for the past 29 years, stained glass before that. All of my items are created in my smoke free home studio. My jewelry is properly fused and annealed to ensure longevity of the piece. Each piece is individually crafted, fused and shaped which often takes three fusing cycles to complete.

I am Nationally Certified to teach Stained Glass, and am a member of the International Guild of Glass Artists Inc. I have taken workshops from some of the top glass artists in the world. Please feel free to e-mail me with any questions or concerns that you may have.
