We utilize USPS Pickup services. Once your order has been marked shipped and the shipping label has been created, your order is scheduled for pickup on the next business day.

Estimated shipping times (once dispatched):

US: 1-5 days (USPS Ground, tracked)
International: 1-3 weeks from date of dispatch (USPS International, tracked)

These timeframes are estimates. Your order may arrive sooner or take a little longer, depending on your local postal service. Feel free to send us a message if you have any questions regarding shipping and transit times.

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, don’t panic—this can happen sometimes! We recommend checking with neighbors, other household members, or your local post office, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered a bit early.

If your package still hasn’t shown up after a few days, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

If you spot a mistake in your address, please message us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we're happy to update it.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address or recall the order. If the address entered was incorrect, you may need to contact your local post office to request a reroute or intercept.

If the package is returned to us, we can resend it once the correct address is confirmed (additional shipping fees may apply).

Items sent outside the USA may incur customs charges, taxes, or fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any customs fees or if an item is not collected.

If your tracked order is held by customs, please contact your local customs office directly, as they may require additional information to release your parcel. Customs procedures vary by country, so while we're happy to provide proof of postage, we're unable to assist further with these processes. Prompt communication with customs usually helps avoid delays or returns.

Absolutely! If you place multiple orders, you can request combined shipping by adding a note in the “Message to Seller” box on your additional orders. We'll then send your items together to save on shipping costs. Any extra shipping fees you’ve already paid will be refunded.

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment, so cancellations are no longer guaranteed. If you need help, feel free to message us—we’ll always do our best!

We are currently accepting custom orders - including custom sizing. If you see a kit that you love and would like it sized to fit your planner, send us a message and we'll be happy to create for you!
