My Inspiration and Dirrection
I've been tweaking found objects for as long as I can remember. I remember once when I was six I made a pretty necklace out of knotted grass and flowers. I spent what felt like days on it. I also remember crying for what felt like days when it dried up and fell apart.
Since then I've been looking for the right medium for me. I've tried paint.. string.. yarn.. pencil.. silver.. and even a tattoo machine for awhile. In all of that searching I have realized a few things.
I LOVE working in three demensions.
I am a total rock hound!
I LOVE watching metal melt, cool then eventually oxidize.
I will NEVER learn to be organized. My only hope is that snipped wire doesn't land in my bottomless cup of coffee.
I really do love what I do. I love looking down into my hands and seeing what was nothing moments before, to finding that I have created something both beautiful and interesting. I don't mind the rough skin or messed up fingernails. I thank God that he allows me to work. I can't wait to see how my work evolves.
Please feel free to check out my other shop www.TheInkPusher.Etsy.com
There my baby sister and I sell handmade tattoo and comic book inspired jewelry, accessories and various art.

My name is Julie Hulick, and I have been sculpting and working with wire for many years. I learned some jewelry making back in high school but only recently revisited it. It's been like rediscovering a best friend. I love what I do!
Shop policies
I've been an Etsy troll for a couple of years now and thought it high time that I finally open my own store. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or just to say hello. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. =)
I would love to work on a custom order for you. A deposit of at least 50% would be due before I start the project, and the balance due before your order ships.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Also please note. since most of my items are OOAK it will be very rare for me to be able to duplicate a piece if it is lost or too badly damaged. This is especially true of unique stones and fossils that I use in my work.
Payment
I do really appreciate quick payment. I won't ship anything until payment has been made. If I do not receive payment within one week of an order being placed, I will try to contact you but if I am unable to get ahold of you after a couple of days I'll have to consider the order canceled.
Shipping
All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms, and will be marked as "merchandise" - no exceptions.
I cannot be held liable for lost orders when shipped internationally. In most cases the cost for a tracking number and insurance is double the price of the item. International orders will be shipped First Class USPS and should arrive 10-15 days once posted. I am more than willing to make exceptions but you will have to pay for the insurance. I am sorry but it is a loss to me to do it any other way.
