Returns and exchange details
+REFUNDS: I try my best to describe the condition of vintage items as accurately as I can. Please note that there may be some minor flaws that I have missed, and no refunds will be given for these minute imperfections. However, in the case that I have completely misrepresented an item, please contact me so that we may work out a solution together.
+CANCELLATIONS: If you for any reason decide you no longer want your order, I'd be glad to cancel it for you. However please contact me before the end of the day as I always ship items out the next business day. Once an item has shipped, I am not able to cancel the order as the item is already on its way.
+LOST ITEMS: If the item has been not been marked as delivered, and is lost, contact me and I will try my best to help locate it. However, if the item cannot be found, I will refund your purchase and help file an insurance claim.

Shipping
+INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is through USPS First Class International. If you are buying more than one item, feel free to message me for a shipping quote. Also any custom fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
+SHIPPING ADDRESS: I ship to the address provided by Etsy, so be sure to double check that the address it is being sent to is updated and correct! I will not refund shipping charges to orders sent to a wrong given address.
+MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you would like to buy more than one item, I'll be glad to combine shipping. Just let me know beforehand which items you will be purchasing and I will adjust the shipping price accordingly.
Additional policies and FAQs
+RESERVING: Items can be reserved for 24 hours unless prior arrangements have been made to reserve the item until a specific date. If the item has not been purchased within 24 hours or on the agreed upon date, the item will go back into the shop for anyone to purchase.
+FEEDBACK: Customer satisfaction is our main priority, so whatever concerns you may have, let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to find a solution that will make your shopping experience at Miss Heyday a pleasant one.
+MEASUREMENTS: All measurements are measured in inches. Measurements for bust, waist, and hips have already been doubled.
+SIZING: Vintage sizes differ from modern day sizes, so it is best to refer to the measurements provided. Remember to allow an inch or two for breathing room when comparing your measurements to that of the vintage garment.
