5 out of 5 starsThese are adorable! I love the simple, modern, rustic, natural vibe of these planter covers. The cord is faux leather which was important to me, and it looks great. These work perfectly in scandi, rustic, minimalist, or boho design. I had ordered the grommets in gunmetal grey and accidentally was sent covers with brass grommets. It was just before Christmas, and the seller immediately shipped me new covers with an apology and told me to just keep the ones I already had. Excellent customer service and a cute planter cover that is made with great care! Thank you so much :)

I tried getting in contact with them and they weren’t helpful, and tbh I was in my third trimester of pregnancy/working/just moved so I didn’t do anything behind that, including not contacting the seller. Lo and behold, the seller noticed I never received my order and they must have gotten in touch with UPS! 😭 Talk about excellent customer service!!! I received my mat within like a week of the seller re-sending me my order, and now my front door looks just adorable. I love this mat so much! It’s perfect.

5 out of 5 starsIt took about 2 1/2 weeks to get it which was stated on the order so I was prepared to be patient lol. I texted Taylor on the projected ship date and she replied very quickly. She gave me my tracking number and I received it after a few days. The mat itself is well made and the writing is very legible. My hubby and I LOVE the doormat! It’s perfect! Be assured if you order from Taylor you will get a quality product. Very happy with this purchase!

What if my item arrives damaged? Will I be able to return it?
If the product is damaged when you receive it please contact us within 24 hours by sending us a message with photos of the damage. I will be in contact within 24 to 48 hours. If the item is damaged from shipping I will resend another product out to you as soon as I am able to. Please note that the items will have natural cracks and knots in them as can be expected with wood. Once your order is complete I will send you a photo before shipping. If you are not satisfied with the product itself please let me know at that time. Once it ships I no longer will accept and returns or exchanges unless it was damaged from shipping.
