Most orders ship out within 1-2 business days, but do be sure to refer to estimated delivery time frames provided at checkout for the most up-to-date information. From there, standard shipping to US addresses then takes about 3-5 business days to arrive for vow books, and about 3-4 business days for guest books. Please note that delivery windows provided at checkout are estimations and not guarantees.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are recommended if you're working around a tight deadline (UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day). How soon can I receive my order?

Once we receive your order, your book(s) will be on the way within about 1-2 business days.

We ship via USPS or UPS, and standard shipping takes 5-7 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are recommended if you're working around a tight deadline (UPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day, and UPS 3-Day). Be sure to reach out to us directly if you have a tight deadline, and we'll be happy to assist!

*Shipping time frames are an estimation provided to us by the postal service and are not guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for delays due to the postal service.
Do you accept rush orders?
YES, we pride ourselves on our fast turn around time! We understand that often times guest books are easily forgotten about until right before your wedding or event date.
Do keep in mind that while standard shipping often seems like it might make it in time (and does arrive quickly in most cases), this is only an estimation and NOT a guaranteed service.
We do offer 3 express delivery options at checkout to ensure an exact delivery date: UPS 3Day, UPS 2Day, and UPS overnight. Delivery time frames are provided at checkout so that you can make the best decision for your deadline.

What type of paper comes with the book?
We offer 2 paper types:
- 28lb standard paper (white)
Great for messages and signatures, or to use your book as a journal!
- 65lb cardstock paper (white, black, or cream)
This is recommended if you plan to use your book with photos or as a scrapbook. We adjust the binding of the book with this option to help balance out the added bulk of photos.
All paper is premium archival quality and acid-free!
Can I use the books for photos?
Yes! Be sure to select one of the CARDSTOCK paper options when ordering.
With this 65lb cardstock paper option, you can adhere photos directly to the pages! We recommend using double-sided tape to attach the photos.
We recommend our 6" x 9" size book for use with mini instant photos or 4" x 6" prints. Available page space on this book size is 5.5" x 6.5".
We recommend our 8.5" x 11" size book for use with 2" x 6", 4" x 6", and instant photo prints. Available page space on this book size is 8.5" x 9.5".
Can you engrave my logo or design?
We can engrave your logo! Please message us a copy of your logo, and one of our designers will provide a quote.
Preferred file format is PDF.
Do you send proofs of the design before production?
In order to provide the fastest possible turn around time, we do not send proofs. However, if you'd like to preview your design after ordering simply leave us a message in the note section at checkout and we'll gladly send a proof your way!
