5 out of 5 starsI just received another beautiful pair of mittens from Kana! She sent them out right away, and they arrived very quickly. I love the colors and design, and they are created very detailed and with quality. I love the little star and details on the gift as well! Thank you again! Payment for all items is expected upon ordering. If you need a few more days, just let me know when you plan on paying, I'm happy to hold the item for you.

Shipping
All items will be shipped from here in London UK.
If items are ready to go, I'll ship items as soon as payment has cleared. It's usually next working day. For made to order items, it'll take 2-7 days until dispatch.
Items are shipped first class recorded within the UK. International orders, I send via standard airmail and cannot provide tracking options unless the buyer requests it and pays the extra shipping costs. The extra cost is $8 for international recorded. I'll happily set up a shipping total for recorded delivery if you'd like, just message me before you make the purchase.
