Hello and welcome to Coral + Cloud!

I make jewellery and decor using hand-painted wooden beads. They are versatile and fun, and will add a pop of colour to any outfit or room.

Necklaces are one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces and use recycled fabric from thrifted t-shirts, or t-shirt yarn. Mobiles and garlands are suitable for a nursery, child's room, or make a great accent piece or centrepiece in any room of the house.

Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are given on a case by case basis. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will do whatever I can to fix the situation. But please do read item description thoroughly for sizing/color/fabric details **in advance of purchasing**, and feel free to convo me with any questions to ensure you are buying the product you want.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment
Orders must be completed and paid for in full prior to order being processed, including custom orders.

If you have not received a notification stating that you have made a purchase from Etsy in your email, this means your order was not processed. Etsy Conversations do not indicate a confirmed order.
Shipping
Items are shipped using Canada Post and will be sent to your Etsy address, so please ensure that it is accurate.

Shipping times:
- for Canada, orders are sent by regular parcel and please allow 7-10 business days
- US and international, orders are sent via airmail and delivery times will vary. The buyer is responsible for any duties, customs fees and charges.
- please understand that I can't control any unexpected shipping delays due to weather, holds, etc.

Due to the high cost of Canada Post, orders will not be trackable. Please contact me if you would like a quote on the cost to upgrade shipping to include tracking.
