She sent proofs for all products extremely fast and shipped within 24 hours of me approving the proofs. I even needed a few replacement seating cards (last minute RSVP's) and Emily was kind enough to make that happen for me with a very quick turnaround! My only complaint is that half the invitation cards were crumpled on one corner whether the packaging was too tight or it wasn't delivered with enough care by the courier. Other than that, I highly recommend this seller!
