Paypal is the only method of payment that Camillia Heirloom currently accepts. It is possible to use both debit or credit card through this payment system.

*If your paypal and Etsy addresses don't match, please specify in your order what address to ship the item to.
All items are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of purchase. I do understand that sometimes you might need something super speedy, please convo me if this is the case, and I will do my best to ship it right away. A shipping scale is utilized for the most accurate and fair shipping costs.
*Shipping prices do not include insurance or a tracking number. If you wish to include this, please message me PRIOR to paying, and we can add this to the cost of the final price.
*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Camillia Heirloom is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Also, please be aware that your country may charge you value added tax or import tax on your item. CH is not responsible for those charges and they are not to be confused with shipping rates. There are HUGE fees for falsifying customs forms, and it is against my policies to do so.

VINTAGE CONDITION CHART
MINT - Hardly any signs of wear, appears brand new. Generally applies to deadstock vintage.
EXCELLENT - Light wear ; expected for age, but nothing easily visible.
GREAT - Showing some signs of wear expected for age with some minor visible problems or repairs that will not detract from overall appearance.
GOOD - Has some noticeable flaws that might be improved with repair, signs of wear, structurally intact. Problems could be fixed to improve condition.
STUDY/FAIR - Vintage that isn't suitable/ to delicate for wearing but has enough historical or fashion interest for study or repurposing.
