Some countries may add custom or tax charges for the package. The buyer will be responsible for the payment of it.
I ship every item through the Spanish Postal Service. Every shipping is registered in order to give my customers a tracking number for every package being sent.

Items will be shipped in a maximum of 3 days after purchase has been done. Shipping will take approximately a week to get to the buyer (if living in Europe), or about 10-15 days to other destinations different than Europe.

Not every country accepts registered mail so in some cases I won't be able to send a tracking number to the buyer, otherwise you will receive a convo with the shipping details to be able to track it.

If an item takes too long than expected, please convo me or send me an email ( so I can check it with the postal service and find out what has happened.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept refunds. If the item is not in good conditions due to shipping, please write me an email ( or convo me and we'll find a way to sort it out.
