These are so interesting...even more so than I had imagined. Each ring is unique and they look rustic and charming on the table. Thanks!

These desks look great. Corey worked with us on sizes and delivery. I would happily recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our page it is a great blessing. We started at the beginning of the year and have been blessed to create some wonderful things for our clients. All them ranging from computer programers, to fashion designers, to broke college students.
At Russell Custom Woodworking we believe in leaving the place we live, in better shape than what we found it. With this in mind we use as much reclaimed/reused/repurposed wood as we can. Our home base is in the urban neighborhood of Shelby Park in Louisville, Kentucky. The inner city is trashed with pallets and other wood that people just throw in the street to get rid of. Most of the time it lays there for months. So we roam the street looking for unwanted, gross, wasted, unloved, hopeless pieces of wood; and with some hard laboring and elbow grease we turn them into beautiful pieces of art. They are not perfect. You can still see a lot of the wood's past in it's new beauty, but that is what makes each piece special. The art we make is one of a kind. We can reproduce the same model of tables, bookcases, sofas, desks; but each one is different. There will never be one that is exactly like the one you purchase from us. Because everyone is different, your furniture should be different.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
For payment we want to make it as easy as possible. Right now we are using pay pal through etsy. Working on more ways to pay for you're convenance. We have no sales tax on our items. We pay it for you.
Shipping
We want our products in your home, your friends home, and your family's home. So we look for the cheapest way to ship to you. Some places take a little bit longer than other places. Because shipping is so much money its hard for people to buy things online, that's why we have a running list of people in your area that would like something, but it just might be to much money to ship. When there is enough orders we contact everyone who just could not spend that much on shipping and ask if they would like to be a part of a bulk order. This way people get the item they want and they save hundreds of dollars on shipping.

IMPORTANT: The shipping on major items is at ZERO for a reason. Each piece weighs different because each piece of wood we use is different, so i can give you a ROUGH estimate.I will give you a FINAL estimate once it is all built. If the shipping is over 40 dollars than what we estimated we will ship for our estaminet. No sense in you paying more for our mistake.
For items that do not have a price for shipping we will send a shipping request via pay pal once we agree on the price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item within thirty days then send it back and we will give you 100% refund (within reason). Remember this is reclaimed wood it has been beaten mistreated and used. It is not perfect. I know we all can relate.
Additional policies and FAQs
Since the majority of our items are custom and made to order we can build what you like. Lets just talk about it first. Shoot us an email or message on etsy. We do our best to respond within 24 hours.
