Corgi Hill Farm - Adapt and Overcome
This business is a combination of a husband and wife team, AnnaMarie & Wesley, who enjoy creating things and sending them around the world. All of the Corgis really run the show but feel the humans make a better interface with the world since they have thumbs.
The hand painted fibers and yarns are made by our hands here in Idaho. Every bauble for either the garden or your person is created by us here in our tiny studio. Although AnnaMarie names 90% of all the colorways, the color creation and day to day operations in the dye room and the studio is a collaboration of a team that has been together almost 25 years. Being married and being business partners has it's challenges, and life has thrown us a few more these last few years, but we would not have it any other way.
When we are not working in the dye room Wes enjoys raising our own food, writing stories and online games. AnnaMarie loves to spin, knit and cook tasty meals with the fresh garden produce. At the end of the day we both enjoy walking our Corgi girls.
Designing the colors at Corgi Hill is a journey as the fibers, yarns and jewelry bits travel the world. The creations our fibers become is one of the things we love to see! We have a nice chatty little group on Ravelry for the Fans of Corgi Hill to share their spinning, knitting, crocheting, weaving, felting and their stories of what they make with our Fibers and Yarns. We would love to see you there!
