Home sweet home...
whimsical artwork for sentimental folk...
Cori Dantini would love to dress like her paper ladies and explore the world in their skirts and buns and neat little boots, but she is far too practical for that. In fact, she spends much of her time in her studio, covered in a mosaic of ink stains and glue dabs, bits of wordy paper clinging to her slippers. And, as it happens, her studio is not located in an Italian villa, but in eastern Washington where she has returned to her hometown of Pullman to ply her trade among its rolling wheat fields.
After earning a BFA in painting from Washington State University and spending a couple decades fiddling with brushes, oils, pencils, markers, and most recently, the mouse attached to her computer, she has discovered an organic process involving layers and language. Any meaning found in her work comes from this process. She never begins a project with a message in mind. Rather, the materials and her process are what do the talking. It is this mysterious, reciprocal quality of art that intrigues her and makes her think of her works as visual poems.
Fueled by coffee, muffins, and good black licorice, she goes in search of epiphany, in hopes that the moments she evokes will add layers to our daily lives.
(this is all true!)

Shop policies
*my artwork is printed by me, on an EPSON stylus pro 3800 archival inkjet printer on a lustre finish paper. (not shiney AT ALL)
it is what I believe to be the best paper for these prints.
i have tried them on a matte art paper, and i feel, too many of the fine details are lost.
the machine uses EPSON ARCHIVAL ultrachrome ink.
*printing typically is completed within 2-5 days.
*if i am super busy... print time can be as long as a week.
*i typically ship the day i print.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
I don't accept cancellations
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
i accept returns and exchanges on everything in the shop BUT ORIGINALS.
if you are not happy with your print purchase upon its arrival, just contact me and let me know you are planning to send them back for a full refund (minus shipping). tape the envelope back up and just write in my address (contact me for that info if you don't have it). it is best to reuse the envelope the prints arrived in, because if you stick it in another envelope that is bigger they will arrive back to me bent (and unuseable).
if your envelope arrives damaged please contact me immediately and i will reprint and resend your order free of charge. again... just tape the envelope back up and write RETURN TO SENDER on the envelope, and it should find it's way back to me free of charge.
ALSO... please note, shipping is taking longer since the sorting machines were removed by the postmaster general in 2020 (sad but true).
What's the Cori Dantini makes... return policy for craft fairs?
I am sorry to say that there are no refunds but there is an exchange policy. An item CAN be returned in it’s original packaging, for another item of equal value, during the hours of operation of the craft fair it was purchased at. Once the show is over All sales are final.
Can I return my corid.etsy.com purchase to a booth at a craft fair?
no.
IF I am exchanging something at a craft fair does it need to be returned in its original packaging?
An item MUST be returned in the original packaging.
Payment
*i will not print your order until i have received payment.
*if i have not received payment in 5 days of purchase, the order will be canceled.
Shipping
*I ship worldwide! *just ask me via private message. then i can adjust your out of country order so shipping is allowed.
*I promise to package your order in the safest way i can.
*the shipping price reflects the cost of shipping, envelope, shipping materials, and a little something to cover my time (not a lot). AND i have incorporated a small buffer into the price to cover insurance
*i DO put insurance on purchases for originals.
