Turn around time is roughly 8 weeks (or less) to create regular items before shipping (this is because we have several orders in queue and are not able to rush items for free due the high volume and we are only two people)Thank you for understanding! Purchases made by Oct 15th, will arrive in time for holiday.

If you order a 'ready to ship item' with a 'made to order' item, you will receive all items when the 'made to order' item is finished and can be shipped in together. Order items separately if you need the 'ready to ship' item sooner.

Please note our items are handmade and meant for humans ages 7 and up.

We ship priority international. We do not refund lost or slow packages that are sent international.
