Earrings are excluded from return policy . That means can not be returned .

Tracking for standing shipping:
All my shipping has a track to your Order, tracking number is attached in all orders . You may also check your emails from Etsy . They should have sent you all the shipping details .
Please also know there may be delays in tracking updates , sometimes even just before delivery.
