RETURNS POLICY: Due to the nature of cosmetic ingredients these is a NO REFUND policy on cosmetic pigments, micas, glitters and nail polish suspension base. However, unwanted packaging products, if unused and in original condition, may be returned with 28 days of purchase for a full refund, all you pay for is return postage. Return postage must be by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

In the event a package is returned to us, we will contact you to enquire if you would like the package redelivered- You will be required to pay for this additional shipping charge if package is redelivered, or you may request a refund- (Minus the original shipping charge)

All items are securely packaged in padded envelopes or boxes with appropriate padding (bubble wrap, shredding) for delivery. If the items arrive damaged and can't be used this is a valid reason for return. Please take photographs of the damaged items and packaging and contact me before making arrangements to return items.

Please note, colours viewed can vary dependent on your computer monitor.
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products. Please bear this in mind when purchasing an item. No refunds will be given on this basis.

No refunds or exchanges will be made for providing an incorrect shipping address. We are NOT responsible for lost or undeliverable parcels due to customer putting the WRONG ADDRESS or any customer spelling mistakes on the address form. We will not refund on such occasion.
Please CHECK you have entered the correct delivery address. This is YOUR responsibility.

Payment accepted by Paypal. Most orders are shipped within 4 days if placed on a weekday. Orders place on the weekend or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

No orders will be shipped until payment is received. If payment is not made within 7 days of placing an order in your basket then the order will be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel an order please do so within 24 hours of making your payment. After 24 hours we can not cancel the transaction as orders are normally processed within that time.

All UK orders (see exceptions below) are shipped by courier and require a signature on arrival.

Postage to Europe for will be tracked and signed for mail at a flat rate of £8.00 no matter how much glitter is ordered. Unless ordered with Suspension base, Liquid tints, top/ base coat or polish bottles
INTERNATIONAL Postage for glitters, micas, pigments tracked and signed for mail at a flat rate of £9.00. We do not currently ship liquid products outside of the European union.

I ship to most parts within Europe , if you don't see your country listed- please contact me for a Quote.

Your parcel will need a signature on arrival at your address. Orders are normally processed and sent within 3 days of ordering except for weekends and public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, it is sent by Next Day Courier delivery for UK orders. If you are not present to sign for delivery the driver will leave a card for you to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time.

Items are shipped to the address on your Etsy account, if you want items delivered to a different address please notify me upon placing the order.

** selling a finished nail polish creation, using our products in salon/ work, crafts for sale with use of our products is completely fine.

All of Cosmic Glows lacquer bases, liquid pigment tinters, top and base coats, conform to the current EU regulations and are high quality professional cosmetic grade products. Some Pigments and glitters are non cosmetic grade, It is stated which of our pigments are and are not cosmetic grade.
All products are vegan and cruelty-free and suitable for nail polish art making and other art and craft making.
