SHIPPING CARRIER: I ship the majority of my packages thru the US Postal Service, both domestic and international shipments. Larger/heavier items shipping to the continental US will most likely ship with FedEx or UPS instead.
UPGRADES: If you prefer a specific carrier, or need expedited shipping please contact me before you purchase an item so we can agree upon shipping arrangements to fit your needs.
** NOTE: The US Postal Service is the only carrier that I will use if you have an international address, a PO Box address, or if you are requesting shipment to an APO/FPO military address. Thank you for understanding. **
I CANNOT SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES: I apologize in advance, but the following countries have too many prohibited items, import licenses or customs policies for me to feel confident enough to safely ship packages: Botswana, Burma, Cuba, El Salvador, Ethiopia, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kiribati, North Korea, Laos, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malawi, Moldova, Namibia, New Caledonia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Serbia, Slovakia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Vanuatu, Vietnam and Zimbabwe. IF YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED an item shipped to one of these countries please make sure your local government and customs agents will allow the item you wish to purchase, into the country, and make sure you have any necessary permits too, as I will not be responsible for customs' seized items, and I will not issue a refund if customs confiscates or disposes of your item due to negligence of import laws. I will ship to these prohibited countries, only if you understand these risks are yours to take and you assume responsibility once I ship the item out.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO: All items are packaged with love and care. Your quoted shipping costs include the cost of the materials needed to safely pack and ship your item as well as the exact amount need to ship the item to your door. I do not profit on shipping charges. I cannot take responsibility for the shipping company's actions/faults/errors, and insurance is available if you want additional protection from unexpected damages; in all my years of shipping I've only ever had one package disappear (it was stolen during the holiday season and the police found the empty box) and one package get damaged (it was the carriers fault and luckily was insured).
I almost always ship within 12-24 hours of receiving your payment, and I will contact you immediately if for any reason there will be a delay; tracking info will be posted to Etsy once your item has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges
I love being able to share my treasures and I always want you to be happy with your purchase which is why I go above and beyond to include detailed photographs and descriptions as well as exact measurements for every item I have up for sale.
** UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE??: I do understand there are still a few situations in which you may want to return the item you've purchased, please see below for examples:
>> IF you are experiencing buyer's remorse please understand it is most likely due to you not reviewing all available item details or not asking questions before placing your order, and as such I have no obligation to accept your return, nor is it fair for you to demand I do so at the wasted expense of my effort, time and supplies. BUYERS REMORSE IS A COMMON OCCURRENCE BUT IT IS NOT THE SELLERS FAULT. Some examples of buyers remorse .... even though you knew what you were ordering because of my fabulously detailed pictures, descriptions and exact item measurements, you just don't like it as much in person OR you wound up buying something similar because you were too impatient to wait for my speedy shipping and now you no longer need what you ordered OR it doesn't match as well as you thought it would and you want to try something else instead .... all of these are reasons you are unsatisfied and while I am sympathetic, your lack of satisfaction in such instances, is not because of something I did or didn't do.
IF YOU HAVE A CASE OF BUYERS REMORSE, PLEASE EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY - I will need to honestly know if the item has been used or worn or altered in any way since you received it, as well as the exact reason you want to return it ... I will take your story into consideration and if its an item I can reasonably resell that has not incurred use or damage while in your possession, then I will let you know if you have shop approval to send it back for a refund.
Any authorized/approved returns WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE TO COVER MY SUPPLIES, EFFORT AND TIME SPENT PREPARING/SHIPPING AND RECEIVING/REFUNDING YOUR ITEM. YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURN SHIPPING. After you receive shop approval to send back your item, please use the original packaging materials to safely package the item and be sure to include all original item parts in the same condition shown in the original listing photographs. USPS is my preferred shipping carrier, and all packages should include delivery confirmation as well as any insurance included with the original shipment. Once an approved return is received, I will promptly refund 90% of your original purchase price (less 10% restocking fee to cover my time/supplies) via the same payment method you used to pay me originally.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS YOU HAVE CONTACTED ME BEFORE YOU SEND THE ITEM BACK TO GAIN APPROVAL AND SECURE A RETURN ADDRESS LOCATION. Any UNAUTHORIZED returns will be considered "your property" and you will be responsible for sending me additional shipping funds if I am to be expected to return it back to you. I will not be bullied into accepting returns that anonymously show up at my door since I never misrepresent any items I sell, nor do I ever list items without giving you close-up pictures, precise details and exact measurements. Blackmailing shop owners into accepting unauthorized returns to avoid negative feedback is unfair at best and ruins the sanctity of the honest Etsy community - EMAIL ME IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM and we will discuss it, I'm a fair and reasonable person and very much want everyone to be happy with their purchase. Thank you!
>> IF your item is damaged during shipping please EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY and keep all item packaging so pictures can be submitted to the postal carrier for followup. I am not responsible for damages incurred by the shipping carrier as I package everything with as much love and care as I used to make or procure the items; I've never had an item arrived damaged in all my years of shipping. If your item was expensive enough to include shipping insurance, or if you opted to purchase additional insurance for your item, I will work diligently with you and the shipping company, to see if the damages incurred qualify for refund from the shipping company itself.
** INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS SEIZURES: If customs seizes your package (for international customers) because you bought and imported a prohibited item, I cannot take any financial responsibility, nor will a refund be issued is an item is seized due to negligence of the import laws, or refusal to cover taxes/duties for your specific country. All customs forms are filled out accurately and honestly so please be sure you can import the items you wish to purchase; I will NOT mark items as "gifts" as it is against the law to lie on customs forms or to try and deceive customs authorities. Thank you for understanding.
** DAMAGES FROM NORMAL USE & MY REPAIR OFFER (for handmade jewelry only): If your item becomes damaged due to normal wear and tear, over time, I would be happy to repair it for you, free of cost as long as you cover the shipping charges. If it needs any additional materials to be repaired we can discuss costs BEFORE you send the item back my way so we know we are in agreement on materials costs. If it is not possible to repair, I would be happy to buy back the "bits & peaces" and make you something similar, or something totally different using your leftover odds & ends. And, if you have damaged or broken jewelry that you hold near and dear to your heart, that you would like to turn into a new piece of jewelry just get in touch with me and let me know what you're thinking and we can come up with a custom creation that suits your desires.
AGAIN I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH - YOU MUST EMAIL ME BEFORE ASSUMING I WILL ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. ALL ITEMS ARE LISTED IN ACCURATE AND HONEST DETAIL. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

Vintage items are typically left in "found condition" so buyer may clean as they see fit. Clothing should be washed by hand and with care. Jewelry should be very gently cleaned or polished with soft cloth and soapy water or by a trained professional.
DO NOT USE HARSH CHEMICALS OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS ON ANY VINTAGE OR HANDMADE ITEMS. PLEASE DO NOT GET PAPER GOODS OR PAPER BEADS WET AS THEY WILL INCUR PERMANENT DAMAGE.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All handmade jewelry will be packed in brown kraft jewelry boxes with brown kraft tissue paper and simple single knotted ribbon, and shipped inside a fresh new padded bubble mailer.
All other handmade goods will be packaged with similar simple paper packaging and will be bagged or boxed, depending on the items' needs.
All vintage goods will be lovingly packaged and padded as needed and shipped to you bagged or boxed, depending on the items' needs.
IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS I WILL MAKE SURE TO WRAP YOUR ITEMS INDIVIDUALLY AND BOX THEM ALL UP SAFELY TOGETHER.
