Returns and exchanges
That said, I want you to be completely satisfied. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within five days of receiving your package.
Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. In the case of Paypal eCheck, this may take 5-7 business days. Please let me know if you are having any issues with payment and I will assist you as well as I can.
In the event of non-payment or non-communication over 3 days, the order will be cancelled.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide from Toronto, Canada using Canada Post. I endeavour to put your item(s) in the mail within 1 business day.
Items mailed within Canada usually arrive within 5-7 business days. Items mailed to the continental US may take 1-2 weeks. Overseas orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on location.
Please note that customs can delay international packages for several weeks.
Faster shipping options are available upon request.
