We will be open for business Mondays - Thursday 10am - 4pm, and Fridays 10am- 2pm
We will be CLOSED for business on WEEKENDS and ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. Public holidays are all holidays when banks and the USPS are closed.
April 3 to 5, 2015
June 18 to 21, 2015

Please put these dates into consideration when calculating your processing and shipping times.

EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS A "SHIP BY" DATE ON THE ETSY RECEIPT. PLEASE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. WE WILL NOT RESPOND TO CONVOS ASKING WHEN THE ORDER IS GOING TO SHIP, UNLESS THE "SHIP BY" DATE ON YOUR ETSY SALES RECEIPT HAS PASSED.

Our shop is about all the small things you need to add a little pizzazz or a little comfort to yourself, your home, or someone you care about. 
Visit often. We are constantly adding new items.
All work is done in a clean, pet-free, and smoke-free environment.

TO ALL CUSTOMERS:
Please READ my shop policies before you place an order or request a custom item.

After making a purchase and the sale is finalized, as a customer, you have agreed to abide by the statements in the SHOP POLICIES (Please read before making a purchase). This means you agree that:

- we will collect due payment for the item you have purchased,
- we will process your order according to stated processing times
- if you expect your order to be expedited, you have contacted us before making a purchase and have paid us for the "rush order" fees
- we will not rush orders without a "rush order" fee paid
- we will collect a cancellation fee of 20% off product price if you cancel your order after 24 hours of purchase.
- we reserve the right to design our products according to our own standards and our materials of choice (unless it is a custom order and client provides materials). We will not be subjected to copying designs of other designers or stores
- we will not accept returns for custom items or any items clearly marked as no-return items (please see shop policies for list)
- please allow for 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be issued.
- we reserve to update our shop policies or the appearance of any information in our shop home whenever we see fit to do so.
- if you ever have any questions, problems, or issues, you will contact us FIRST via etsy convo.
- you have read the shop policies before you made your purchase

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please make sure that your Paypal shipping information is current. We use Paypal to print our shipping labels. It is important, therefore, that the address you have in your Paypal account is current and correct, so that we can ship your items to the right location.

We ship all items via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail wherever possible. We are happy to upgrade to Express Mail when requested (express mail charges apply)
Please allow between 5 to 7 days delivery in the US and 7 to 15 days outside the US. Exceptions apply to those who have specifically requested and have paid for Priority or Express Mail.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. : We ship all items USPS Internation, a service which does not provide a tracking number. If you would like to have a tracking number, we can upgrade your shipping by using UPS GLOBAL, which will provide you with a tracking number. Please add your phone number to the "Note to seller".

We will respond to all purchases within 48 hours.

All custom listings will be up for 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise. Please do not ask us to put up a custom listing if you cannot buy it or are not intending on buying it within 24 hours.
