We've always had an affinity for making things and creating unique pieces to share. Lovers of vintage and simply stated design, we offer one of a kind styles with master craftsmanship.
All of our laser engraved wood earrings are assembled by hand and packaged with intention.

Payment
We accept PayPal, Etsy Gift Cards and credit cards.
Shipping
SHIPPING: We use USPS for shipping. Once you receive notification that your order is ready to ship, your package should get to you anywhere in the US in 2-5 days, to Canada in 8-11 days and to anywhere else in about 2 weeks. You do get a tracking number to follow your package. Please understand that these are the shipping timelines provided by USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of the timing. Please allow yourself some wiggle room.

POSTAL DELAYS: Beyond purchasing the correct label and delivering the package to the post office in a timely manner, we cannot be responsible for the postal service. If the package takes longer to deliver than it "should" according to the USPS policies, that is an issue to address with your local post office.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you broken or damaged in transit, please send us a photo to document. We will replace the item if it was broken or damaged by the postal service as long as we receive notification within 5 days of the USPS delivery date.

LOST IN THE MAIL: Although we cannot be responsible for the postal service, we do want you to end up with a lovely gift. We will replace your order at no charge if the tracking number does not show as "delivered." An item is declared as "lost in the mail" if there is no activity on a tracking number for three weeks (eight weeks for international packages due to potential customs delays).

CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility. Refunds and Exchanges
RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS
If an item has been made to your specifications with personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 5 business days. We will take all of your concerns into consideration at this time and make a fair and reasonable decision on the best way to handle your return. In most cases you will be responsible for the shipping to return the product to us and then will receive a partial refund or store credit.

NON PERSONALIZED OR CUSTOM ITEMS
If you have placed an order that did not include personalization and you are simply unhappy with your order you must contact us within 3 business days and return your package to us within 7 business days for a full refund of the cost of the goods. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Orders with 2 or more earrings will be boxed together. Please leave a note if you would like them individually boxed.
