The workmanship is good, but unfortunately the customer service has been difficult in my case. I was sent the wrong sign, my custumizations were left out. I reached out to the owner when recieved and was told I would recieve the correct one in 1-2 weeks, however that was 2 months ago and I have attempted to contact her several times since without any response. For the price of the sign, I am dissapointed to have not recieved what I paid for. I love supporting small buisinesses and made a significant attempt to give the owner the benefit of the doubt, but am sorry to need to reflect this the review at this point.

Absolutely beautiful! Great quality wood and craftsmanship. It’s too lovely to put outside, we have it placed prominently in the great room where us and our guests can see it.

Love my new yard sign!! Such a tasteful way to convey our feelings. We have only had it up for a week and have gotten numerous praises for it. The wood is sturdy.
