This shop is dedicated to make a HIGH QUALITY & ORIGINAL hand-knitted products. Everything here is designed and knitted by me with lots of tender-loving-care. I love all of them and I would like to share them with you!

Below are some information which may be helpful for you to read!

Photos: Every effort is made to be sure that photos represent the actual item. However, please understand that the actual colors may be slightly darker or lighter depending on the weather, time and lighting condition at the time of photo shoot.

I ♥ nothing but soft wool on my skin. All my yarns are of high quality, bouncy and soft. I use then to make baby garments with my yarns! :D If you have any questions about my items, please don't hesitate to contact me.

All items are original (i.e. not made from commercially available patterns or copied). Thus, all rights reserved. No part of any items and photos may be reproduced or sold without the prior permission by Kyoko Nakayoshi.

Returns and exchanges
We make every effort to describe the item as accurately as possible. Should you wish to return or exchange the items, please contact us first describing the reason for return.

In the case of return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

On agreement please return the products in unused and perfect condition. The item must be fit for re-sale. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

When receive the item, we will reinburse the original purchase amount (excluding the shipping). If the item is exchanged, the differences are charged/reinbursed.

We are unable to take any responsibilities for any damage of our items caused by shipping. We do carefully and lovingly pack all our items so we hope this does not happen at all.
I accept payment via Paypal. If the payment is not received after 3 working days, the transaction will be deemed as void. Please convo me if you are having a problem with Paypal etc. withing three days. I am more than happy to reserve your item longer.

Unpaid purchases - If the payment is not received at the time of purchase, conversation message will be sent first requesting to complete the transaction. If no reply is received after 3 days, the transaction is deemed as void and either neutral or negative feed back will be left.
Orders will be shipped everyday within 48 hours after payment except Saturdays and Sundays.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will therefore be shipped on Monday.

I usually use UK Royal Mail small packet airmail. This has no guarantee nor trackable. Please let me know if you would like me to ship your item in any other way.
