Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted due to the handmade nature of my products. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Payment
Payment is accepted in forms of PayPal only. Your payment is expected within 24 hours or your order will be cancelled.

Also, I do not accept discount codes on already marked down items (ie. items marked "ON SALE")

I also do not accept more than one discount code at a time.
Shipping
Cotton Lane products are shipped USPS first class. When your package is taken to the post office, it is out of my hands and is therefore no longer my responsibility. In the rare and unlikely occasion that your package is lost, please email me and we can try to work something out.

Orders placed Monday-Wednesday will go out on Thursday afternoons. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will go out on Monday afternoons.
