Memorial Jewelry
Please know we will treat the ashes you send us with utmost respect and we thank you for trusting us with this emotional and precious project. We only need 1-2 teaspoons of ash. Please seal them in a sturdy ziploc style bag, and then seal that bag in a second one. Please write your order number on the bag or on a paper within the bag. Mail them to:

Sizing details
It is best to have a professional size your finger; this is done for free at almost all jewelry stores. If you would rather size it at home, just ask for a sizer and after you purchase a ring we will send you a FREE reusable plastic sizer that measures true.
If you order the wrong size and there are NO customizations to your ring, we will exchange your ring for the right size. There is a 35% restocking fee and you are responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.
Care instructions
Our handmade rings are stabilized, hardened, and finished to prevent damage and increase longevity. Rings with wood features are not water proof and should Not be exposed to moisture. Scratches can be caused by rubbing your ring against metals, stones, concrete, glass, diamonds. Do not wear your ring next to a diamond ring. Solvents will damage the protective finish of your ring--fingernail polish remover will destroy your ring and this is not covered by our 1 Year Warranty. Harsh physical activity or chemical exposure will damage your ring; if it's hard on your hands then it's hard on your ring! Love your hands and love your rings!
Warranty On All Rings
All of our rings come with a one year warranty. This does not cover lost or stolen rings. It does cover repairable damage to your ring such as scratches, dulling, or chips in the inlay. You must contact us immediately so the refinishing can be done before permanent damage is done to your ring.
You are responsible for cost of shipping.
