If there is a problem with your order please contact me. I am happy to exchange any unwashed, uncut regular priced fabric within 14 days of purchase. I cannot accept returns on patterns due to copyright issues. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and Money Orders.

An existing Paypal account is not required to pay with Paypal. If you would like to pay with any major credit card, simply select Paypal as your method of payment in the Etsy checkout, click on the green "Pay with Paypal" button, and follow the steps to pay with a credit card. Paypal will simply facilitate the transaction.

Want to pay with Google Checkout? Select "Other" as your payment method during checkout. Either leave me a note in the "notes to seller" that you'd like to pay by Google Checkout OR send me a convo and when I see your note I will send you an invoice though email.

Minnesota buyers will be charged Sales Tax with payment in Paypal.

Your order will ship USPS. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. I do have a day job which means I am unable to ship same day and can not respond to any messages until the evenings. In most cases your order will ship the next business day.

Please note than I usually do not ship on Saturdays. If paying by e-check, I will not ship until e-check clears.

**The above is for standard quilting fabrics. I am only able to fit approximately 5 yards of flannel, twill or home decorator or 3 yards knit in a flat rate envelope.

This includes shipping in multiple flat rate envelopes to save shipping costs, ship international packages by first class in lieu of priority mail, ship smaller orders by Priority Mail to speed up delivery, or ship your order in a Tyvek mailer or in a box. Ask me for a shipping quote!

Patterns : all patterns ship at no extra charge when ordered with fabric.
Flannel: I can only fit up to 4 yards of flannel in a flat rate envelope.
I will refund significant ($1 or more) shipping overages through Paypal upon shipping.
Please note that I ship to the Paypal address. If you wish to have your fabric shipped to a different address please convo me.
Insurance is available for an additional fee upon request.

All Domestic purchases come with delivery confirmation.

Unfortunately it is not possible to track international packages once they leave the US and delivery confirmation is not available. So, while I can provide proof of shipment, I cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.

Customer is responsible any fees incurred through customs. Customs Declarations will be marked as actual cost of your purchase. Please do not ask me falsify customs forms. It is illegal and I will say no. According to the US Postal Service, "the sender's failure to complete the form properly can delay delivery of the item or inconvenience the sender and addressee. Moreover, a false, misleading, or incomplete declaration can result in the seizure or return of the item and/or in criminal or civil penalties". There are hefty fines or even jail time involved if I were to get caught and it's not a risk I am willing to take; sorry!

Custom Listings
I am happy to set up a listing with the fabrics you need. Once listed, I will reserve your fabric for 3 days. Unless prior arrangements have been made, if it has not been purchased within that time frame it will be released and made available for others.
