Returns and exchanges
I take great pride in my work and all apparel and accessories are designed and meticulously handcrafted by me so please feel free to contact me with any questions. All materials used are of the utmost quality as well and each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipment. I also do my best to describe and photograph each of my designs as accurately as possible. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately.
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance and I am always eager to answer any question or concerns. Refunds are considered on an individual basis. Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping. I cannot accept worn merchandise for returns. Due to the nature of my hair designs I cannot accept returns on my millinery items for hygiene reasons.
Your satisfaction is important to me and I want you to shop at Crimson Empress again. Your custom garment made to your exact measurements and specifications and will not likely fit another. When you follow our measurement instructions we guarantee your apparel will fit. We also offer free color swatches on select products so that you may see the exact materials prior to placing your order. Since custom products are made for you specially, they are not returnable for any reason. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once the order has been placed.
If you wish to purchase using a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option in checkout. PayPal is a widely used third party credit card processor for online businesses, all of your transaction information will be kept secure. Please note you do not need your own PayPal account to remit payment. If you need assistance with this process, please contact me and I will be happy to guide you through the procedure.
Postal money orders only please, these may easily be obtained at your local post office. As soon as I receive payment you'll be notified by email. Please note I only accept postal money orders, thanks in advance for your understanding on this issue. Please make payable to: Countessa Heather
I kindly request payment immediately upon purchase. Transactions will be cancelled after ten days of non-payment. Should you have any problems with the payment process, please contact me and I will gladly assist you.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)
I ship through USPS and your order can be expected to ship 24 hours or less for ready made items. Please note orders placed on weekends/holidays and custom pieces may take additional time. Shipping costs are approximated and include the actual cost of shipping with delivery confirmation plus a small amount to cover the cost of shipping supplies and materials. If you would like to place a large order I'll be happy to work with you to combine the shipping fees, but you must convo me first to arrange this. Please note that delicate items such as feather fascinators will packaged separately from other purchases to ensure the item is not damaged in transit, this may incur extra shipping fees.
Insurance is strongly recommended, especially for purchases over $50. Please convo me if you wish to purchase insurance on any item and I will send you a revised invoice. Insurance is free on multiple-item purchases over $150 within US. I cannot assume responsibility for items lost or damaged by the carrier, but will work to resolve any mailing difficulties within my means.
I will gladly ship all of my items internationally, the approximated shipping prices are based on shipping quotes taken from USPS. Items are shipped within one week of cleared payment via USPS International First Class Mail. If you would like to opt of International Priority or Express Mail please convo me and I will adjust your invoice accordingly, insurance can also be added at your request. If shipping turns out to be significantly less to send to your destination I will gladly refund the difference via PayPal. Please note that I am not responsible for any duties, customs fees, or any other associated fees for any reasons. Please be aware of the customs information for your country including any fees that may be incurred on your end before purchasing. This information can be found at your local post office or on the web. If you have any questions or concerns about these policies please let me know and I'll be happy to explain further. Overseas customers please permit 3-4 weeks for delivery.
I offer to ship out gift purchases directly to the recipient and gift wrap is also available. Please contact me if you would like to opt for gift shipping, this will incur a $1.75 extra fee to cover the cost of also sending you out an invoice for your purchase as well as shipping out your order.
Please convo me including the date you will need the item by and the details for what you would like to purchase. Be sure you order well ahead of special events and holidays. Custom rush orders can be done but will incur extra fees, rush delivery is also available at your expense.
If you would like to opt for Express Shipping please convo me and I will adjust your invoice accordingly.
