After freelancing as a floral designer for 8+ years, I discovered my passion for all things "wedding". As I transitioned to working from home, I knew that this industry was one that I wanted to incorporate into my Etsy shop! Seriously, what’s not to love? Beautiful flowers + dresses + stationary + signage… you get it! This little business has evolved and grown beyond my wildest dreams & I am so grateful to all of the brides (with exquisite taste, btw) that entrust me to make beautiful signs for such an important day!

All sales are final. Please contact me if you have any concerns. I want my customers to enjoy and be pleased with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with the items you receive, please contact me before leaving feedback. Perhaps the issue can be resolved. :)

If for any reason the item you purchased arrives damaged, please contact me with a photo of the damaged piece as soon as possible. Be sure to keep the packaging as in-tact as possible and include in your photo. There are no refunds for damaged pieces; Only replacements.

Variations in wood, including color, grain, knots and texture are common and should be expected.

All items are shipped with UPS or USPS. Shipping prices reflect costs, insurance, and delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation may be included included for orders over $100. Please let me know in advance if this will be a problem.

You can check to see if your order has shipped by looking at “Purchases” under “Your Account”. Shipped packages will be indicated on the day your order goes out!

*Recycled packaging materials are used for shipments when possible.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please be aware that wood color, grain & texture naturally vary from piece to piece. Although the same stain color is used on all of our birch, it often absorbs differently, which is why you may see variations in the shade of wood. Boards may also have knots, lines or scratches, along with unique grain patterns and inconsistent stain absorption.

After making thousands of signs, we have come to expect & appreciate these variations as part of the handmade process.

When will I receive my order?

Production times can vary, depending on the item. You can find the current production time on each listing page by scrolling down to the "Shipping" section below the item description & product reviews.

Time in transit is normally 6 business days or less. Please reach out if you need your item sooner!

Can you rush my order?

Yes! Please note that we accept a limited number of rush orders each month. Before purchasing, please send a message with the requested delivery date to confirm that we can accommodate your timeline. Please also list the items that you are interested in ordering.

Rush orders are necessary when we are fully booked during your needed timeframe & requested delivery date. To make this possible, we will need to spend additional time on nights + weekends, working to ensure that your signs are perfect & shipped on time. Your order may be shipped very close to your event date, but please know that your signs will arrive by the agreed upon delivery date. :)

Rush fees are determined by the requested delivery date and the items that plan to order.

Will the wood color of my signs be the same?

Although the wood color in our listing photos may vary, we will make sure that the signs that you order match as closely as possible.

Please note that while the majority of our signs are made with birch, some signs, including directional arrows, are made of pine, . These types of wood absorb stain differently, so some color variation should be expected.

Variations in wood color may also be present when orders are placed/shipped, at different times. Feel free to send a photo of the sign that you have already received from us, and we will do our best to make sure that your new signs are a close match!

Do you accept Custom Orders?

Yes! We love custom orders! Feel free to send us a convo with your ideas. :)

During especially busy times, we may limit the number of custom orders that we accept. Please reach out as early as possible!
