County Line strives to offer the very best in antique vintage jewelry with the utmost consideration for you, the appreciated customer. All vintage finds are hand selected and although not every item chosen is in perfect condition, the character of the piece is what matters. That is the common thread tying all vintage jewelry and antique collectors together. :)

As a studio, County Line serves as a gallery for my artwork. I create unique pieces for collectors who love Art Cards, Editions and Originals. These 2.5" x 3.5" ACEO's are a perfect way for the art lover to collect affordable pieces from around the globe. It's a hobby that has turned into a mission of sorts, because 20% of all ACEO sales are donated to my favorite charity, which you can read about in the FAQs section below.

I accept Paypal, personal check, and money orders.

Please understand that once you hit the 'Purchase' button you are obligated to complete the purchase and follow through with payment. If you have any questions or run into any trouble with Paypal feel free to contact me and I will happily guide you through the process.
Shipping
By default I ship USPS First Class. If you have a special request (such as insurance, upgraded shipping, etc.) please contact me before you make your payment so I can revise your invoice.

I do ship internationally but only list countries I've been shipping to in my shipping options. This doesn't mean I will not ship to you if you live elsewhere. You can contact me for a shipping quote ahead of time (I get estimates from usps.com and round up) or if you are worried an item will sell out before I respond, you can go ahead and make your purchases then contact me. I will revise your invoice.

Please note that the cost of shipping actually covers both shipping and handling. There are extras associated with shipping an item to ensure its safe arrival, not to mention the fees of both Etsy and Paypal required to operate a store. I never factor this cost into the price of an item but I do factor it into the shipping and handling amount. Even so, my shipping rates are reasonable and often less expensive than most vintage sellers charge here on Etsy. If you have questions about the cost of shipping and handling please ask before purchasing. Once you have purchased the item you have entered into a contract to pay the total amount and there will be no shipping refund.

Your purchase is generally shipped within 48 hours and I ship Monday - Friday. All items are sent from a smoke-free home.

If you are buying an item as a gift and would like it shipped to an address other than your own, I will happily meet your request. If you would like something gift wrapped, convo me and we'll talk. :)
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are worried about the USPS losing your purchase or are concerned it may arrive damaged, please consider requesting insurance. There is nothing I can do if an item is lost in the mail. The chances of receiving a damaged item, however, is relatively small because items are well packaged.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. Generally I will issue a refund once the item has been shipped back to me, minus the shipping and handling.
