Please review all information carefully before purchasing. Regular not custom or made-to-order can be exchanged within two weeks if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The buyer will have to pay additional shipping charges but shipping back to you is FREE if in Canada.

I do not give out refunds. All custom or made-to-order items are final sale with no exchanges allowed.

I try my best to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case an item arrives damaged we can talk about an exchange or a partial refund.

I accept payments via PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Cards, ETSY Giftcards and Cheques (if you live in Canada).

Items are made once payment is completed and cheques cleared. If you cannot pay immediately I accept layaway payments of 2 months maximum - please feel free to message me here to work something out. Unpaid orders over 24 hours will be cancelled. If a piece is a special order or custom made-to-order piece it will be indicated on the receipt of payment or in the messages box.

SHIPPING IS FREE IN CANADA


As of January 14th, 2013 Canada Post removed insurance from international surface and airmail packages and they have also removed surface mail (as well as insurance for airmail) to the US. These are no longer covered by insurance! Read more here: Http://tinyurl.com/a8xqkyz

If you want insurance it will be at an extra cost unless your purchase is over $150 dollars then I will personally insure it and upgrade the shipping costs.

If you would like a tracking number please message me prior to shipping and this will come at an additional cost. If you need FASTER shipping it will also come at an additional cost. Please, contact me prior to shipping for a quote on Express shipping!

Canada Post estimates:
-Packages within Canada should arrive in 1-1.5 weeks.
-Packages to the United States generally arrive within 1-3 weeks.
-International orders are estimated to arrive within 2-8 weeks.

Please, note that most items are made-to-order and will take 1-2 weeks production time at minimum in addition to shipping time.

***Customs is by no means my responsibility. You can ask me to mark down your package if you message me prior to shipping but otherwise it will be marked at full value for insurance reasons (if insured). Also, once an item is marked down - you forfeit the value covered by insurance and whatever was marked for insurance that is what you will receive back.***

***Keep in mind sometimes shipments can take longer to arrive then expected and sometimes has to be cleared with customs before reaching you. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE I HAVE NO CONTROL THE SHIPMENT TIMES.***
