I accept credit cards and paypal. With the credit card option you will pay with Etsy Direct Checkout. Its safe, easy to use and very secure!!!

With paypal your privacy is secure and you're able to use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American express, instant transfer from your bank account or an e-chek with no cost to you. You do not need to sign up for paypal to use it, just select pay with paypal when you are done with your order and follow the prompts.

Because once you've purchased all you want is to get your shiny goodies quickly and safely, all my items are carefully packaged and dispatched without delay! All my items are made when you purchase the item and this includes my candles, it’s important that you’re buying a new and fresh item, even if it’s jewellery! Time taken to make your order is usually 1-3 days, however complex pieces can take longer, I will always communicate and let you know creation times. Feel free to each out for urgent orders and we’ll make it happen.

My shipping costs include postage, packaging costs and may include insurance as its super important your treasures arrive safely! For my international customers its recommended that you select Registerd International Post for peace of mind. In order to cater for all customers, I also offer a lower cost option which you can elect to choose at checkout. If you simply must have your item shipped super fast, just contact me prior to purchase as I would be happy to provide additional express shipping options.

We ship your item by physically lodging the item at an Australia Post Office, their trading hours are Monday to Friday (excludes Public Holidays). Lodging your item physically in person ensures your item is accepted directly by the postal service and starts its journey to you.

Estimated delivery times are 2-5 days in Australia and 2-4 weeks for International orders. Delivery times may vary dependent on location, holiday seasons, high volume order times, public holidays and/or customs delays. We have no influence over delivery times for the various in-country postal services nor customs.

Import fees, customs, or taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer. Prior to checkout, please check with your country's customs office to determine any additional fees.

Custom orders are usually the same price as the items that I have in my shop, all you need to do is just ask me for what you want! Custom orders will be made in 2-5 days depending on complexity of custom order and/or size of order, but I will always provide you with an estimate. Custom orders will need to be payed for before I make them for you.
