5 out of 5 starsItem shipped quickly and was well packaged. The 'ringer' inside the bell is a bit wonky, it's not sticking out like in the picture, but I think I'll be able to straighten it with a pair of pliers. It was wrapped up but it could well have had a huge box on top of it in transit. In all, very happy: great shop for those involved, or just interested in, the production of beef animals and dairy herds.

You're right Ginger. We dropped the ball. I am just as upset with myself for letting this fall through the cracks. I've identified the issue and have a new system in place to keep this from happening again. I know it doesn't make up for the stress you experienced, but I am grateful for your insight and for helping us to do things better for future customers.
