♥For our Cowgirl Leather Cuffs♥
To determine what size cuff you'd wear: Measure your wrist with a tape measure or string leaving it alittle loose on your wrist, not too loose, depending on how to like to wear your bracelets.

Most of the cuffs that we have are one of a kind! If you like any of our cuffs but it’s not the right size, convo me and we’ll see what we can do.

All cuffs are sold as is. As with any worn item, there will be different 'blemishes' on each cowgirl cuff.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
We Hope you love your purchase, But If for some reason you do not, please contact us and we will refund your payment. All we ask is that the item be returned within 10 days of receipt of the package. Shipping fees are not refunded.

If the jewelry is damaged through shipping, We will gladly refund what you paid, minus shipping costs. I never anticipate our jewelry breaking, but we will refund, replace, or fix your item if it breaks under normal strain up to 60 days after the purchase date. Refunds will be given after I receive the broken item. If you did not ask for a tracking number and/or additional insurance, I cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Deposits for Custom orders are non-refundable, thank you!

Shipping
All items ship within 24-48 hours.
Custom orders will be shipped within the timeline agreed upon.

We use USPS to ship you your package. We always make sure to package our items in a way that will not harm them so they can make it to you in perfect condition. U.S. shipping is $4.00 for the first item and free for each additional item. Shipping to Canada is $10.00 for the first item and free for each additional item. Everywhere else is $15.00 for the first item and free for each additional item. Insurance can be added at additional cost, but please convo me before paying so I may adjust the price. Also, tracking information is included, I will send you an email with the confirmation number. Thank You!
