With a few sprays of catnip, they were in love, as were the big kitties of the house. Success! And unlike so many of the toys they have, it doesn't roll under the kitchen appliances!!!! Bonus!

About the Cozy Chipmunk
I have always loved the process of creating something with my own two hands. My mother taught me to sew and knit when I was a little girl, and I learned to crochet from a friend in college (the value of a liberal arts education!).
I began sewing, crocheting and knitting for babies and children as my sister blessed me with five beautiful nieces. With the birth of my own little girl, I have embarked on the adventure of being a stay-at-home and work-at-home mom.
It is so much fun to be able to work with customers to create something that they and their little ones will love!

Returns and exchanges
If there should be any shipping damage or other defect, I would be happy to fix it. If you prefer, I will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) after receiving the returned order in unused condition within 90 days of purchase.
FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Personalized items cannot be refunded. However, if there is any shipping damage or other defect, please contact me, so that I can fix it.

Shipping
Ready-to-ship items are currently shipping 1-3 days after payment is received.
For custom items, please check the Shipping tab on each item to find the current construction/processing time for your order. Creation of custom-made items will begin as soon as full payment is received.
US ORDERS:
For domestic (U.S.) orders, items are shipped via USPS either First Class or Priority Mail with tracking. International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Package International, which includes delivery confirmation in some countries but does not include complete tracking.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I will ship internationally only to countries where it is legal to import the merchandise ordered. Your country may charge additional customs fees/duty (VAT) - please be aware that this cost is your responsibility as a buyer. Delivery times can vary widely by country and may be 2-4 weeks or sometimes even longer, especially if the package is held by customs officials. I cannot declare items as "gifts" on the customs form as it is against US law. I appreciate your understanding.
ALL ORDERS:
For either domestic or international orders, I will refund any shipping overcharges in excess of $1.
If you need to receive an item by a specific date, please let me know. There may be an additional charge for expedited shipping.
