We're a happy team of creators who love making handmade Necklaces, Bracelets, Rings, Earrings, and more. Every order we get is special to us, and we put all our love and passion into making it just right for you.
Our materials are super safe and won't cause any allergies. We use special metals like brass and stainless steel, and they're coated in sterling silver or 24k gold. We also use cool things like leather and paracord to make our creations extra awesome!

Frequently asked questions
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are dispatched from Portugal by registered mail , with padded envelopes to protect the elements within the transport course . All items are packed in a gift package.
Delivery time may vary depending on the postal traffic (Christmas and summer seasons, strikes , weather conditions, etc. - which may delay the delivery within the customary delivery times).
In general:
within the EU - it will take between 5-12 business days
outside the EU / Rest of the world - can take up to 25 business days
Claims for lost packages, can only be made after 30 days of acceptance date on the post office. In each country there's the tracking available with the local post office company.
LAST MINUTE SHOPPING - Do you offer rush production?
All orders will be processed in our standard business days. If you need it SOONER you can upgrade to Fedex and these items will be processed in 1-2 business days.
We offer FEDEX UPGRADE which you can add on your order during Checkout.

Non-delivered/Lost packages
According with the Portuguese Post Office regulation, a package can only be claimed after 30 days of the dispatch date.
It then can take up to 3 months for a definitive answer from the post. we will have to wait for the outcome - any lost/untraceable package will be refunded to the customer or a new package will be sent
Items are shipped without insurance. Upon request, an insured shipping is possible and the costs are borne by the buyer. Collection of goods is not possible.
What is Zamak?
The Zamak is an alloy of zinc with magnesium, aluminium and copper. It is widely used for jewelry because it is non-corrosive, hypoallergenic, and strong resistance against aging and oxidation. Can be cleaned with any silver cleaning cloth

My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Transit times for shipments may experience delays, especially during the holiday season. While tracking information may provide an estimated delivery date, we cannot guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date.
If you require your order within a specific timeframe, we recommend requesting a FedEx upgrade to ensure timely delivery.
It's important to be aware that there have been instances where shipments experience significant delays or show as unscanned, despite being shipped. Rest assured, your shipment will eventually reach you. However, we are unable to guarantee precise delivery timelines. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or cancellations for orders that do not arrive on time.
Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item – Personalized & Custom made - we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
