I'm excited to use this guestbook. I like the clean, simple design compared to some of the other heart drop frames I've seen. Shipped on time!

The guestbook is of excellent quality and it definitely seems the owner took their time in making sure they produced a sturdy piece! Very pleased with my purchase! It does take some time though to create, so make sure you order well in advance.
Working to make good quality products that make people feel warm and fuzzy
We began our shop when Michelle was researching creative guestbook ideas that we could make for our daughters first birthday. Searching online, she found some items similar to the guestbook we currently sell, but Nate decided to improve upon the designs by creating a slotted lid instead of just the removable top piece like all the similar guestbooks we saw.
Having grown up woodworking, Nate was quick to hit the garage getting to work and together with michelle's keen eye, built the first ever Cozygood guestbook. Nate had previous experience selling his art on Etsy, and we had a wee bit of free time, so it made sense to open a new shop and list our guestbooks to see if anyone was interested in purchasing.
Low and behold, we sold some guestbooks, and our customers loved them! So we made a few additional designs and have been going strong ever since. We would love to keep adding products to our store and grow this business, but we are currently investing the majority of our time running our small urban farm called Hugs Farm in Bloomington, Indiana.

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns for refund or exchange must be arranged within 3 days of delivery via email or conversation. Item(s) must be returned in the same state you received them in. For instance, if you are not reporting damage, item must be returned and arrive in re-sellable condition. Refund will be for the price of the item minus shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping cost on all returns and exchanges.
Cozy Good is not responsible for any delivered items that are lost or stolen after delivery. So please make sure your address is correct and you have a safe place/method for your item to be delivered. We cannot refund items that are lost, but will be more than happy to send a replacement at cost.
Due to the small nature of our operation, we cannot be lenient about our refunds and exchange policies. Thank you for understanding.

Q: CAN YOU INCLUDE OUR INITIALS, NAMES, ETC, ON THE LARGE HEART AND ATTACH TO THE CENTER FOR US?
A: I'm sorry, but at this time we are not offering personalization. We just include the center heart for you to optionally paint/decorate however you'd like. If you want to mount to the center of your frame, double stick mounting tape works great and is available at most craft and home improvement stores.
Q: CAN I GET THIS IN A DIFFERENT COLOR?
A: Yes, we have a number of colors available under our "Painted Pine" listing - go here to view: http://etsy.me/1pCcERI We are only offering those colors at this time, but may add more in the future. Q: WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY FRAME IN THE MAIL?
A: Order generally ship within 1-2 weeks via USPS Priority mail (1-3 day) shipping. Though sometimes during periods of high demand, order could take up to 3 weeks to process. If your wedding date is close, please contact us prior to purchasing to make sure we can get it to you in time.
Q: I AM HAVING (blank) NUMBER OF GUESTS, WILL THIS NUMBER OF HEARTS BE ENOUGH?
A: In general, we think its safe to estimate that about ~2/3 of your number of guests will sign a heart, this is because couples and families often sign together and some people don't sign at all. Of course, this number also varies based on where you place your guestbook - if you force people to stand in a line right by it, they are much more likely to sign.
Q: WHAT SIZE HEARTS COME WITH IT? CAN I GET ALL LARGE HEARTS?
A: We have two sizes of hearts that come with the guestbooks - 1.5-inch and 1-inch. If you select 80 hearts, you will get all 1.5 inch, and if you select 190 hearts, you will get all 1-inch hearts. The numbers in between will be a combination of the two sizes.
We cannot make larger frames to accommodate a request for all large hearts over 80. We have attempted to do it, and found that the larger sizes cause the window pane to bow causing hearts to overlap or get stuck sliding down in.
