About cozymade
My Intentions are Simple.
I'm Stef and it is a pleasure to introduce my new shop to you all. I spend my days as a graphic designer. Although I love what I do, I find joy in coming home and making things with my hands. Although I will never deny my love for technology and the design that comes from it, there is something special about making things with your own two hands and enjoying the outcome. With my adventure in flower making, I discovered my love for felt (how silly that sounds). And decided I would dedicate a chunk of time to making new things.
The intentions of this shop are simple. To fund my addiction to making new things and also to hopefully bring in some money for the American dream of owning a home. I currently day dream of a space I can call my own, where I can create what ever my heart's desire.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me with in 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. I can not accept returns for custom orders at this time.

If you have a COZYmade gift certificate, please contact me for details.
Shipping
Items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. However, most items usually ship in about 5 days of purchase.
I ship via USPS Priority or FIrst Class mail depending on the size/weight of your order. If you need an item with rush delivery, please contact me before placing your order. I will do everything I can to accommodate rush deliveries.
**In some instances, if multiple wreaths are purchased, I will use UPS Ground to ship due to costs and limitations of package size at the USPS.
Shipping charges include cost of packaging.
Shipping Overage:
WREATHS: If the amount charged for shipping is more than $2.00, the difference will be refunded to you. I ship from Massachusetts, in most cases, this will effect any orders going to the East Coast.
