Hi there! Thank you so much for taking some of your precious time to learn more about Cozy Moments, LLC! My name is Michelle, and I am the creator of Cozy Moments, LLC. My little business started out of a desire to create a line of skin loving bath and body products. I suffered from dry skin most of my life and I became passionate about creating pampering and soothing products that would rid me of my dry skin.
I am, and have always been, hopelessly addicted to bath and body goodies and making them is not a job, it is a passion! My products are made with only top quality ingredients that are hand blended by me into indulgent little luxuries to nourish and pamper your skin and soothe your senses.

Returns and exchanges
Lost or stolen packages
By placing an order, you agree that Cozy Moments, LLC cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages. This is why I recommend that you purchase insurance because it gives you the added protection to seek recourse with the carrier should this happen.
Damaged Package
I cannot be held responsible for products once they leave my hands. I am not liable for damage incurred due to negligent handling of the carrier. I strongly suggest you purchase insurance to minimize your loss should your package be damaged while in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or refund. All sales are final.
If you have skin sensitivities and/or allergies please read the ingredients listed prior to purchasing. I will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation. Please do not use my products if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
When leaving feedback, I ask that you please take into account the entire ordering process - customer service, ship time, etc. Feedback isn't just about the item, it is also about the whole ordering experience one has with sellers. For example, if you don't like an item but love the rest of the ordering experience, it is perfectly okay to leave a 5 star review and comment that you didn't care for the item.

Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Under no circumstances is Cozy Moments, LLC held responsible for any product received damaged or not received. Although insurance is optional, I strongly recommend that you choose to insure your package!
Insurance is meant to protect you, the buyer, should your package be lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Just send me a convo to let me know if you would like to add insurance to your order and I will be happy to send you an invoice via Pay Pal for the cost of insurance.
Buyer assumes the risk of loss and/or damage by not opting for insurance.

- My products are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (depends on weight).
- You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.
- I normally get your order out the day after I receive it. For larger orders please allow an extra day or two.
- I ship to your Etsy address so please make sure that it is accurate.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Any additions to your order will be treated as a new order and shipped separately.
International Orders

Cozy Melts Caution
Use only in well ventilated low heat potpourri burner without lid. Do not add water. Never heat on stove or electric appliance where temperature would exceed 190 degrees F. Melt enough product to have 1/2 inch of product in pot. Use only in melters designed for wax tarts. Failure to follow these directions could result in unexpected fire hazard or personal injury.
Nothing sold at Cozy Moments, LLC is primarily intended for use by persons aged 12 or under.
My maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the product. Your purchase from Cozy Moments, LLC signifies your acceptance of the aforementioned information and policies.
