1 out of 5 starsI was very excited for this ornament for my daughter who just got accepted to colleges she was lovely to deal with the ornament arrived and looked like a kid did it and paint was chipping. I contacted her and let her know...busy with holidays and contacted her again and she did noting other than offer 1/2 off next one?! Very disappointed.

Elizabeth, As we discussed prior, I did respond to your messages each time. You left a 2-3 month gap in between our messages, after giving you my private phone number. You failed to send me pictures of damage. After a certain amount of time, ornaments are scarce to purchase. I could not issue you a refund since it had been 3 months since you reached out, with a large gap of silence in between.

5 out of 5 starsBoth of the custom college Christmas ornaments came as described and were more beautiful in person. The colors matched to the school colors exactly and the emblems were spot on correct. My expectations were definitely exceeded, especially in the packaging. The ornaments are both fragile and were well protected during transit. I highly recommend this seller/artist.

Fragile items are packaged in packing paper. Other art items, such as magnets, decor, and card sets are packaged in wrapping paper.

I work very hard to give a very personalized product to my customers. Therefore, any personal or custom requests you have, I will be messaging back and forth with you to make that happen. Custom and personalized orders, depending on what media (painting, magnets, cards, etc.), may take longer to be created and shipped.
