Faultless customer service and delivery, with the book carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. Thank you so much. That's the prosaic stuff. This is a great book, full of practical information. The authorial opinions are unabashed (don't allow sweet ciceley anywhere near your garden, while fresh coriander smells "rather unpleasant") - but lemon balm is appreciated and used "by both our cook and butler" !
