Interesting, artful, functional, sublime! It is the perfect size, and has a nice weight to it. It's the best mug in the whole world! Much more than a utility piece, I have placed this in my home as an art work in itself. Combines glaze, fire, and an intricate, dense mosaic of overlapping figures which holds a total story together well. The artist's dense mosaic technique is well worth following as it develops.
