Welcome to CraftaholicWoman! We are MaryAnne and Marlene, and would like to say thanks for visiting our shop! We hope you find something that you want to make your own! Our goal is to provide you with top quality service and give you a fantastic selection of items you can choose from! We sell items that are OOAK handmade…from whimsical, to practical, to lovely.

Please note that colors in our photos may vary a bit from screen to screen. We do our very best to calibrate colors so that they look as close to the actual color as possible, but understand that this can be very difficult to do. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, your computer monitor, or the flash from our camera.

Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased (and we truly hope that this is never the case), prior to returning it, we’ll need you to contact us to work out either a refund or a replacement item. The item you received must be returned to us within 10 days of the date of receipt and be in as good a condition as when it was sold. Items returned with prior notification and within 10 days of receipt will be refunded for the purchase price only. We cannot refund your money until we receive the item. If you do not choose to insure your item, damage done by the shipping service is not a reason for a refund. If you request a replacement item, shipping costs of the replacement item will be your responsibility.

We accept PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. However, please be aware that Paypal is the fastest way to get your order processed. If you are having any issues with PayPal, please contact us ASAP and we will promptly assist you in anyway we can. Very Important: Please ensure that your Paypal shipping address is correct and that your Paypal and Etsy addresses match.

Sales tax will be added to Paypal invoices on sales to Virginia buyers.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying, please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. No negative feedback will be left if you contact us to cancel.

As you know, personal checks can take quite some time to clear, and we don’t ship your item until the check has cleared. If you decide to choose this method of payment, please send us a convo or an email when you mail the check so we can watch for it. Also, to help us identify your purchase better, please write the name (and, if applicable, the item number) in the memo field on the check.

Please pay within 48 hours of committing to buy an item. We will re-list your item if contact and / or payment is not made within that time frame. Please do not purchase an item unless you plan on following through with its payment.

International Customers: Please note - you, as the buyer, will be responsible for any import, customs, or duties taxes assessed by your government on incoming parcels. Failure to pay results in the package being abandoned in your country and we can't be held responsible for that.

We reserve the right to blacklist customers as we see fit. We also reserve the right to cancel sales as we see fit.
We're happy to ship worldwide! However, please contact us for SAH quotes outside of North America BEFORE purchasing so that your item can be adjusted accordingly. For those stateside, if you pay the listed shipping cost, and it ends up less than that, we will refund the difference.

We will ship within three business days after purchase. Items are shipped worldwide to any destination, and all care is taken to ensure that your package arrives in exactly the same condition it was in when it was purchased.

We HIGHLY recommend customers buy shipping insurance. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of items after they have been shipped. Insurance coverage is available for a fee at your request. If you wish to purchase insurance, please contact us BEFORE buying your item so that your costs can be adjusted accordingly. If you do not choose to insure your item, damage done by the shipping service is not a reason for a refund.

Gift Items: Is the item you purchased intended as a gift? Not a problem! Please provide us with the intended recipients name and address. Also, if you would like to add a personalized note, we’d be happy to include that free of charge.

Alchemy: We can create personalized items for you, or you can purchase something that has already been created. We specialize in beadweaving, bead stringing, cross stitch, doll making, figurine painting, crochet, ceramic painting, sculpting, embroidery, and plastic canvas. Please convo us with your specifications, and we will get back to you as soon as possible to work out the details. A new item will be listed on our store for you to purchase, and we ask that you pay 50% of the cost of the item up front. If you are not happy with the end product and choose not to purchase, we will refund the monies paid minus any monies paid for supplies.
