Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that are:
1) Damaged during shipping
2) Refused at delivery

Please inspect your order when received so any damaged items can be replaced or refunded as soon as possible.

All payments are expected with 3 days of order, otherwise item will be re-listed. If, after relisting, you choose to attempt purchase again, payment will be expected immediately.

We except the following types of payment:
Paypal (preferred)
Money Order - Order will be shipped upon receipt of payment
Check - Order will be shipped when check clears. Any check returned unpaid will be charged a $30 NSF fee

All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of payment, as we strive to ship the day after the order is placed.

US shipping prices are for USPS first class shipping unless otherwise noted in sale listing. Some items will be offered with FREE USPS first class shipping in the US.

International shipping prices are for ground shipping.

All items will be individually bagged or wrapped depending on the item purchased, and an invoice will be included.

Custom order and Alchemy payments are due up front, unless otherwise noted.
