1 out of 5 starsI ordered and waited over two weeks to receive my item. No reply from the seller after contacting, and was forced to submit to Etsy who issued me a refund. Very disappointing- was looking forward to my cute earrings!

I had a problem with the delivery of an item I had purchased from her store, and she handled my concern in a very prompt and professional manner. To me, customer service is way more important than anything else, and that’s why I would give this shop a 5-star rating with my eyes closed! Thanks Jacqui!!
